Agnes Bruckner - born 16 August 1985, is an American model and actor. The latter part of the 90s was when she started acting in television and has since appeared in many films including The Woods Blue Car Murder by Numbers Blood and Chocolate and The Anna Nicole Story. Bruckner's career started when she was 11. Bruckner was a part of a variety of commercials, TV pilots and the soap show The Bold and the Beautiful during the daytime in 1999. At the age of 15 Bruckner was given her first lead character in the movie Blue Car (2002) in where she played the role of a student at high school who is involved in an affair with her teacher played by David Strathairn. The film critic Roger Ebert wrote that Bruckner negotiates this difficult film with total conviction. Bruckner was nominated for the "Best Female Leading Actress" by the Independent Spirit Award. Her family consisted of three sisters and one brother. Her primary language was Hungarian as she often practised the language to stay fluent.
